Girls High Altitude Volleyball Retreat in the Eastern Sierra Mountains
Join us this Summer for five days of high altitude volleyball training and skill development to inspire confidence and improve performance. Activities include small group instruction, strength training, physical therapy, nutrition counseling, sports psychology, college recruiting, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding.

Instruction led by Professional and Collegiate Volleyball Players with NCAA Championships and USA Volleyball Experience. Certified Sports Psychologists, Fitness Professionals and Nutrition Specialists complete our exceptional coaching staff.

The main focus is volleyball instruction but other activities include sport-specific strength training, sports psychology, nutrition counseling, college recruiting, kayaking and stand up paddle-boarding.
Nutrition for Peak Performance
Optimal nutrition and hydration is essential for peak performance. We teach effective and realistic eating habits to improve energy levels, optimize performance and successfully manage body composition. Our nutrition specialist collaborates with local chefs to prepare the appropriate balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats based on activity levels.
Four Night Stay at the Luxurious Snowcreek Resort
Enjoy a four night stay at the luxurious Snowcreek Resort, a safe and private community that provides an array of indoor and outdoor activities. Athletes receive unlimited access to the newly renovated Athletic Club that is walking distance from the athletes’ condominiums. This 30,000-square foot premier athletic and wellness facility features an indoor volleyball court, pool, Jacuzzi, spa and restaurant.
Faster, Stronger, Smarter Volleyball Players
Athletes are repeatedly pushed to play out of their comfort zone to achieve the unthinkable. Our training systems and methods are scientific, comprehensive and can be easily adjusted to suit the age, development and ability of each athlete. Athletes will be introduced to new drills, skills and techniques to expand their “tool box” and become more versatile volleyball players. After five days of persistent progress, our athletes leave camp with renewed confidence and perfected technique.
