Similar to how the 18 Club division concluded, the 18 Premier division at the 2019 AAU 18s National Championship welcomed back two teams in the final from the 2018 event.

SPVB 18 Kahl defeated Asics Munciana Quora a year ago in the final of 18 Premier (25-21, 25-23) with Taylor Shelton of Munciana being the only player on either team to repeat the memory from last year. The teams hadn’t played all season until the last two days at AAUs when they played once each day; the last time being for AAU Gold.
