At Risk on Day 2, KC Power First to Bid in 15 Open at Crossroads

OH Brooke Stonestreet, stellar in six rotations, helped spark KC Power to a 15 Open bid in Denver

At 1 p.m. on Sunday at the Colorado Crossroads Qualifier in Denver, KC Power 15-1 found itself facing elimination, the highest nationally-ranked team in the 15 Open field facing jeopardy, its back squarely to the wall. Less than 24 hours later, Power became the first team to earn a bid to Junior Nationals in the 15 Open division. This is the story of how Power got it done.
