For many clubs, building and maintaining an 18's team can be difficult. But for Cleveland Volleyball Company coach Troy Dixon, it should have been a breeze. He explained, "This team last year as 17's were an accomplished, gritty team that competed at the open level, but played USA at Nationals. We had offered out ten contracts during our signing period, and all were accepted." Then, things took an unexpected turn.
