From Medical Condition to College Commitment: The Story of CT Stars' Catherine Maguire

For many young volleyball players, junior year of high school is as important as they come. But for Catherine Maguire, it was nearly the end of her volleyball career entirely when she was diagnosed with Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome (AMPS). Nine months later, she is leading Ridgefield High in kills and recently committed to Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania.
