The Best Teams have no stars and almost always have some of the best playing secondary roles than they will in college even if they could start for almost anybody else. Look at OTVA! Some of the best defenders in 17U come off the bench to ignite and support and make the entire team fit tighter, and scorers nobody heard of until this year just coming into the top of their game. Coach Aaron has done a wonderful job assimilating what would be stand-outs on other teams, were stand-outs last year at 17 U Open playing up, and integrating them happily into one unit that plays hard together regardless who is in. That is big league coaching.
