In her immediate family, Jaden Walz is the fourth and final Walz to continue her college education at Bowling Green State University (BGSU). Neither of the Walz parents attended BGSU, but when her oldest brother Jack Walz III began his college search to play football, he ultimately made his decision to stay close to home so family and friends would attend his games.

Her brother Jakob then decided to attend BGSU to focus on academics, and sister Julia is a rising sophomore on the current volleyball team. With each passing year, the Walz family’s heart for BGSU has grown... and it will continue growing for five more years.

The youngest Walz, Jaden, a 5-7 class of 2020 setter from Brooklyn High School (Ohio) and Cleveland Volleyball Club (CVC) 17 Black, has recently submitted her verbal commitment to attend BGSU.
