Rockwood Thunder VBC Supports Community with 12 Days of Giving

Rockwood Thunder VBC (Missouri) gave back to frontline workers while supporting local restaurants in 12 Day of Giving.

Rockwood Thunder Volleyball Club (Eureka, Missouri) spread some joy in its community this holiday season with its First Annual 12 Days of Giving campaign. Over the course of 12 days, 21 Rockwood Thunder teams took part in the initiative to show support for frontline workers while also giving to local restaurants that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In total, the club donated funds and provided meals to 19 different frontline worker locations within the community, and spent over $3500 at local restaurants.

“Rockwood has always had a family mentality and we take a
lot of pride in that,” said Jordan Berry, the club’s community outreach
coordinator. “All our teams try to do at least one community service project
during the season as a way to give back to the community and get our girls
involved.”
