In a perfect world, college coaches would be running towards every player and hand them a scholarship.

Sadly in most cases, players will have to sell themselves when they talk to coaches because multiple girls are fighting for one single position.

So what makes you marketable?

You can have a great vertical. You could be able to bench press a cow. You could run faster than an Olympic runner. Those are all great things to tell a coach, but if you can play more than one position, make sure to also include that on your resume.

Undoubtedly, there were numerous girls in the 16 Open Division of the Presidents' Day Tournament that could do just that. What I noticed was two teams – Michio Chicago 16 National and UNO 16 Elite – that essentially had a whole roster that could and have played more than one position.
