All but two, Top-10 clubs from PrepVolleyball.com’s latest 15s National Rankings were absent from this past weekend’s 15s Division at the Triple Crown Sports NIT in Kansas City. Yet, only two were left standing as Monday’s quarterfinals kicked off in the 15s Elite bracket championship – No. 3 Madfrog 15 Green and No. 9 AVC Clev Rox 15 Tom

Second-ranked Wave 15 Brennan, No. 5 Lions 15-1, No. 6 Hou Skyline 15 Royal, No. 7 Skyline 15 Royal, No. 8 Asics KiVA 15 Red and No. 10 Arizona Storm Elite 15 Thunder were all given the boot at different times, the upset bug spreading like wildfire.

That wasn’t all.
