PrepVolleyball.com continues to release its year-end previews and predictions for the USAV Girl’s Junior National Championships (GJNC) with the 16 Open division set to begin on July 3rd. All 36 of the teams competing in the four-day GJNC are ranked 56th or better.

Over the first two days of play, six pools of six teams will compete for four spots in each to advance to the next round. On Day 3, two teams from each three-team pool will then play in an evening challenge round. Only the winner of that challenge match will advance to make eight final teams competing for Gold on Championship Day.

We should mention that this preview is meant to be informative and the predictions are intended to be fun (!). We are in no way rooting for one team over any other… in fact, we know we’ll be wrong along the way and hope teams prove to us why they are deserving of a higher finish! Additionally, the pools below are the actual pools set to begin on Wednesday.
