INDIANAPOLIS – The contenders are beginning to separate themselves from the pretenders in the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships – thanks to some spectacular individual performances.

Athletes from coast to coast continued to serve up their best on Wednesday during the second day of 17-and-under competition, and in the opening day of 16-and-under play. On Thursday, pool play and challenge-round matches get underway in the 17s, while the 16s continue pool play.
