Hawaii’s Akana Makes New Promise to Nebraska

Keonilei Akana, once committed to USC, has changed her commitment to Nebraska for 2020.

The Nebraska Cornhuskers round out its 2020 recruiting class with the addition of libero Keonilei Akana. The 5-10 senior OH/libero from Kamehameha-Kapalama and Ku’ikahi VBC was once committed to USC – and even signed in the fall – but was released in March after former USC coach Brent Crouch was announced as the new coach at Auburn.
