April Rankings: Club Leaders Emerging in 16-and-Under Division

With the national qualifying season in full bloom, 16 Club teams are fighting for bids across the country. And a result, definitive leaders are emerging.

Following the latest set of qualifiers in late March – the 2019 Nike Mid-East Qualifier in Indianapolis and the Pacific Northwest Qualifier in Spokane – the Texas Pistols 16 Black, Seal Beach 16 Black and Mizuno Northern Lights 16-2 are among the non-open teams that have punched their ticket to Junior Nationals this summer and remain red-hot as we enter the month of April. Northwest Arkansas Juniors 16-1 also is one of the hottest teams in the land through March.

We are truly excited to be recognized as one of the top 25 club level teams!! Even though we are not “YET” competing in the Open Division, we already have three D1 commits!

So, if your Club-level rankings process and definitions of these teams are still a work in progress, I would love to see the quote “with little, if any, Division I-type talent” removed. 🙂
