FacebookTwitterEmailPrint

Texas teams continue to serve up excellence on the volleyball courts in 17s non-Open divisions, posting high finishes in national qualifiers from coast to coast.

Leading the way is TAV 17 Blue, a Texas Advantage Volleyball club that is one of the hottest teams in the nation after recently winning its second USAV national qualifier in the 17 USA division at the Lone Star Classic in Dallas. Earlier, TAV won the Red Rock Rave in Nevada, and finished second in the same division at the Mid-East Qualifier in Indiana.

TAV 17 Blue also leads a 1-2-3 Texas punch, with Houston Stellar 17 Elite and HJV 17 Premier following closely behind in the rankings. In all, five teams from the Lone Star State are ranked in the latest top 25, tying Texas with Florida for most entries.
