The dilemma never really gets solved.

There was a bunch of great volleyball Friday from the four regions. And yet there is four more matches ahead Saturday with the Elite Eight.

What to do, because there is only time to cover some of it and not all of it?

I tend to come out on the side that what’s ever happened has happened and we can always come back to it after the fact. But inquiring minds want to know what’s going to happen ahead of time.

For instance, USC coach Mick Haley already knows what’s in store for his team against Kansas in San Diego Saturday night if the Trojans play the same way they did in downing Creighton, 25-27, 25-16, 25-16, 25-18, Friday.
