If ever so fortunate to experience it, club directors and/owners know the exact feeling they get when ‘that one girl’ walks into their gym for the very first time and reveals her untapped raw potential.

For Show Me’s Shane Allen, his moment was earlier this season.

One of the best success stories is one that comes out of nowhere, the late-bloomer who goes on to take the next level by storm. We are only in the first stages of that process and plenty remains to be seen before this tale ends anywhere near one like that.

If Allen has his way, it most certainly will.
