Recruiting Dish: Keeping Up With the Shuffling and Much More

Recent coaching changes and commitments have caused some shuffling among recruits, including a couple of major moves out of the Pac-12 that are sure to impact PVB’s recruiting rankings next spring.

Devon Chang, a Top 50 Junior Recruit this past season, shook up the Pac-12 recruiting game when she switched from Cal to UCLA.

In our last Recruiting Dish before the end of the year national championships in Orlando and Minneapolis, we wrote about a major decision that shook up the Class of 2018

Brooke Nuneviller was one of three uncommitted players still remaining from PVB’s Top 50 Junior Recruits. At that point the signs were screaming Stanford for all three, but Nuneviller bucked that trend and committed to Oregon instead.

Meanwhile, 6-3 middle Holly Campbell and 6-2 RS Mackenzie Fidelak didn’t rock the boat and when they finally announced the Cardinal was their choice. Campbell and Fidelak is a great haul for Stanford, and of course that class would have been bolstered by the addition of Nuneviller.
