I wonder what the “per RENTABLE hour” price would have to be across different regions in the USA for an indoor sand court (to make it profitable to build). Indoor really varies but many places that are rented for $50 a court hour also can be used for a school gym or something during the day hours. These sand courts can only generate money being used. There are only so many hours per week they can be used by youth that are in school and fewer people are on each court at one time. I would think it might be $75 an hour or more per court to pay the facility fee (divided by the 4 girls on it). This, of course, would vary wildly across different real estate markets.
