There is a case to be made that the middle blocker position is the most demanding, oftentimes least gratifying role in the game of volleyball. Today we’d like to give the spotlight to the middle blockers from the DFC who worked so hard to close to their blocks, ran hard to stay available offensively, and yes occasionally took a second ball because they didn’t do those other two things.
