The saying goes “it’s a dry heat”, and that “you get used to it” when discussing the generally sweltering conditions of the Southwest region of the United States. The volleyball in the area, much like the heat, is strong, testing the mental and physical fortitude of those brave enough to venture in. Today, we’ll put on a generous application of sunscreen, pack extra pedialyte, and get our favorite pair of sunglasses out for our trek into the perilous Southwest region!
