State-By-State HS Player of the Year Watch

We think Savannah Vach (Oviedo) is the best in Florida. We take a look at the rest of the state leaders here.

With the end of the high school volleyball season nearing in the next few weeks, PrepVolleyball.com takes a look at the leading candidates for Player of the Year in each of the 50 states playing volleyball plus the District of Columbia.

We don’t care about how old the players are or what enrollment classification they play in. Grades? Public service record? Irrelevant! All that matters is this:

Which player has made the greatest impact on her team and her state thus far in 2018?

This is our best guess, based on personal observation, input from high school coaches and media members from across the country, and reference to available online content.

Note: Are you a coach (not a parent!) with a better idea who the best in your state is? Let us know at SGreen@prepvolleyball.com.

For Washington, D.C., two players from Paul VI and Bishop O’Connell are listed. However, both schools are located in Virginia.
