As March Madness continues, it's finally time to announce our Fall High School All-Americans. It has been a lengthy and challenging process to determine how many athletes we would name to the list and how many others we could include in recognition because of the pandemic's impact on the volleyball landscape. Add to that the lengthy process of toiling through stats, awards, and records, tracking players from all over the country throughout the off-set high school season starts and finishes, and it's no wonder why we waited until March to release the complete list.

Although we are excited and proud to recognize 100 deserving players as PrepVolleyball.com Fall All-Americans, there are always too many talented athletes and simply not enough spots for all of them. We've done our best to scour all those teams that participated in the Fall and consider coaches' input regarding qualifications. But, in truth, we know not everyone will be happy with the list. However, let us remind our readers and followers that the ability to have a season at all (or, in this case, multiple seasons) is a gift in itself, specifically in such challenging times. Please do your best to understand and appreciate that, and withhold your frustrations and complaints in light of it. We, too, are going through new challenges and transitions, and regardless we've put all of our efforts into celebrating and recognizing those athletes that found success.

I'll remind those players not selected of the best advice I have had the honor of hearing from a good friend of mine, who now coaches at the Division I level. Awards, Rankings, and Lists hold no bearing or reflection of your self-worth as a person or athlete, and you should continue to follow your passion for the game of volleyball for the simple joy it brings you.

That being said, we complete our Fall All-American journey with the 100 Fall High School All-Americans. These 100 All-Americans arguably had the greatest impact on their teams AND their states in 2020. You can check out the Special Mentions and Honorable Mentions as well. We'll have the full compiled list and breakdown of the selections from the Special Mentions, Honorable Mentions, and All-Americans up Thursday.

Thank you to all the coaches who contributed and provided data to help compile this list. Congratulations to the All-Americans for their great seasons and to everyone else who plays this great game.

*Note: Even after sorting through hundreds and hundreds of players, there are bound to be discrepancies (heights, class years, spelling) that I have not caught. If you see one, email Jpompeo@prepvolleyball.com, and I will graciously fix them.*

Without further ado, we are proud to bring the 100 PrepVolleyball.com High School Fall All-Americans to you.
