AAU Nationals 18 Premier: Preview and Predictions

The 18 Premier division at AAU Nationals in Orlando consists of 18 teams this year which make up five pools – three of four teams and two pools of three. The teams in the three-team pools will play in a Crossover match (1 v. 1, 3 v. 2, 2 v. 3), but all will advance on Day 1. In fact, the top three teams in every pool will advance to Gold after Day 1 leaving just three teams (the fourth-place finishers) out of the mix on Day 2. From there, teams must finish first or second to make it to the Championship division with eight teams playing in one bracket to determine the winner by the end of Monday.
