The long break between the USA Volleyball qualifier season and the AAU Nationals took its toll on some teams, but many quickly found their rhythm by the end of the first day of the 46^th annual AAU Volleyball Junior Nationals. Players from across the country Friday converged on the Orange County Convention Center and Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex for the annual event that traditionally draws some of the finest talent. Multiple divisions within the 15- and 17-year-olds’ age groups tipped off the second full week of tournament play.
