In the only division of the tournament in Open or otherwise at the 2019 Mideast Qualifier (MEQ), Circle City 15 Purple owns the championship title in its hometown of Indianapolis in 15 Open. In a few months time, it will compete on the highest stage at USAV Nationals in its city again.

“I don’t think we ever thought this would ever happen,” said Circle City head coach Lance Keating. “Even as it was happening, it didn’t feel like it was going to happen. I’ve been involved in club for a long time and made it to the finals a whole bunch of times, and I’ve never won before at MEQ. For us to win it is pretty special.”
