TCS NIT: 18s Division Wrap UP
FacebookTwitterEmailPrint

Looking back on the 18s Division of the Triple Crown Sports NIT in Kansas City two weekends ago, it really felt like the best of the best were in contention on the final day. Munciana 18 Samurai’s two-year reign was over, the Indiana club out of Monday’s Elite quarterfinals.

Legacy 18-Elite, the eventual champion, Texas Image Asics 18 BlackTK Volleyball 18 Legends, Northern Lights 18-1, these were teams we were expecting to see clashing for bragging rights. The biggest surprise, especially after the Day 1 performance, was Asics KiVA 18 Red. The Louisville club, which is hosting Bluegrass in two weeks, was without Senior Ace setter Camille Nazor and finished 1-2 on Day 1.
