As several states have already wrapped up their high school volleyball seasons and more are nearing the end within the next few weeks, PrepVolleyball.com takes a look at the leading candidates for Player of the Year in each of the 50 states plus the District of Columbia for the 2019 season.

We don’t care about how old the players are or what enrollment classification they play in. Grades? Public service record? Irrelevant! All that matters is this:
