In October, we ran through each state’s, plus the District of Columbia’s, leading candidates for the PrepVolleyball.com Player of the Year. Now it's time to narrow in on who the best players were by the end of the 2019 high school season.

We don't care how old the players are or what enrollment classification they play in. Grades, community service, and club volleyball success are irrelevant here. All that matters is this:

Which player has made the greatest impact on her team and her state?

With a month or more left in the season after the watch list had been published, some new names have emerged as our pick as each state’s best player. This list has been compiled based on personal observation, input from high school coaches and media members from across the country, and reference to available online content.

Part II of the State-by-State Player of the Year list includes the players from Missouri through Wyoming, listed alphabetically. (See Part I, here.) Congratulations to all!
