ORLANDO – Members of the Dynasty 15 Blue team out of Kansas have battled jet lag, early-morning wake-up calls, and competition stress, but the Kansas City squad has learned how to cope in a winning way.

Seeded fourth in 15 Club, Dynasty has lived up to its program’s name after the first two days of the 46th annual AAU Volleyball Junior Nationals, played at the Orange County Convention Center and Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports. Dynasty is 6-0 – all sweeps.

“(Friday), we were slow,” said Dynasty coach Stevie Jo Boggs. “(Saturday), we’re bringing the heat. The traveling and stuff got to them, lack of sleep. But our serving (Saturday) – they’re in the zone. They’re picking on people. It’s taken a lot of our offense.”
