Emma started LIVBC in 7th grade on the local team. She had an amazing year and was asked to be on the travel team in 8th grade. That year Emma's team made it to Nationals in Las Vegas with Emma being 1 of the 2 outside hitters. Emma was pulled up to Junior Varsity in 8th grade and then pulled up to Varsity in 9th grade being one of the starters on the team with all 12th graders. She assisted the varsity team in making the county championships for the first time since 2007. Emma received the Suffolk County award for "All League" being only 14 years old. Besides being a dominate volleyball player she has been managing the middle school volleyball team and helping the younger ones on their skills. Emma has received recognition in the school paper for assisting in kills next to her 12th grade teammates. She is a National Junior Honor Society member and has been on the principles list and honor roll since 6th grade. She is role model in every way!
