Athlete Mindset: Building Self-Confidence

In the third episode of Athlete Mindset, Paige Tonz and Nicole Peterson go through how you can build your self-confidence with four simple steps. Tonz takes you through a few exercises on how you can recognize negative thoughts during a game and how you can easily turn them around to get the best performance out of yourself. 

PrepVolleyball has partnered with Paige Tonz, an Athlete Mindset Mentor who helps athletes learn the tools that are going to allow them to be successful in their sport. A former DI athlete herself, Paige’s goal is to help transform athletes into strong people beyond the playing field and court.
