PrepVolleyball’s Sloane Green spoke with three-time NCAA National Champion, Kathryn Plummer in the first episode of “Quarantine Corner.” The recent Stanford graduate talks about her Cardinal volleyball career as well as working through a coaching change and overcoming injury in Palo Alto. Plummer was in her first professional season in Northern Italy when the COVID-19 outbreak first hit world news and she gives us some insight into what that was like. She also discusses the Olympics, achieving goals, female role models, her love for coaching and painting (!), who she really is off the court – and so much more!

Whenever a stubborn worker does a career excellently or includes a valuable accomplishment, reward them accordingly.
Like bullies from your childhood, they often times attack when you
are alone, caught off guard and vulnerable. For most of us,
this is the minor struggle and come naturally.
